Team Ambition’s founder Sarah McKee-Harris (DiSC profile: Di), is a Talent & HR specialist with a passion for helping organisations create more productive and harmonious working environments through a better understanding of colleagues personalities. Having worked in the field of talent acquisition and people management for 20 years, including building her own successful HR solutions consultancy, Sarah is keen to pass on her knowledge and expertise to help others achieve better results and relationships within the workplace using through the delivery of Everything DiSC, a Wiley Brand, of which she is a certified practitioner.

What is Everything DiSC?

Everything DiSC is an assessment-based learning experience that measures an individual’s behavioural preferences and tendencies based on the DiSC model.

DiSC is a simple yet powerful model that describes four basic behavioural styles:

  • Dominant: Direct, decisive, and results-oriented.
  • Influential: Outgoing, optimistic, and people-oriented.
  • Steady: Supportive, cooperative, and harmony-oriented.
  • Conscientious: Analytical, precise, and quality-oriented.

Everyone is a blend of all four styles—usually one, two, or even three styles stand out. Each person has a unique behavioural profile with different styles and priorities—no one style better or worse than the next. We believe that these differences in style can be extremely valuable.

Why do you need Everything DiSC in your workplace/team?

Everything DiSC assessments and reports can help individuals better understand themselves and their own unique strengths and weaknesses. They can also help individuals learn how to communicate and collaborate more effectively with others. Combined the insights from a highly personalised assessment with a DiSC training session/workshop, these programmes are truly transformational and contribute to both individual and organisational success.

How does it work?

Step 1 - Initial Consultation and online assessments

Contact us for a free initial consultation about your goals in using DISC.

We can then arrange for individuals to be sent the online assessment which only takes approx. 20-30 minutes for individuals to complete.

Step 2 - Results & Workshops

There is an option once the assessments have been completed to run a workshop either on an individual or group basis (virtual or in-person) to discuss the report that is produced from the assessment so that there is a good understanding on what it all means and how to effectively use the information that is produced.

Step 3 - Online Portal

Depending on how you want to use DiSC, a free online portal (called Catalyst) can be made available giving access to employees who have completed the DiSC assessments that provides lots of useful information on how to use this information when working with others who may have different personality styles.
